Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring efficient and comprehensive service delivery by managing and supporting team members in meeting established targets and reaching performance standards according to SLA and KPIs
  • Cooperating with other team leaders when necessary to ensure proper service delivery across all service areas
  • Defining and managing the techniques and processes used by the team
  • Monitoring the team’s operations and maping out improvements
  • Performing periodic risk assessments and initiating risk control actions
  • Building and developing the team - sharing knowledge and providing support to the team members in their professional development by mentoring and organizing one-on-one meetings aimed at discussing development path, training program and periodical work evaluation
  • Preparing analyses and reporting the team performance and results
  • Defining technical projects on the basis of user requirements and required technical improvements in order to fulfil business needs
  • Coordinating designing and developing applications in database environment
  • Coordinating implementing IT projects in order to fulfil business goals
  • Administrating and supervise running applications in order to maintain consistency and effectiveness of systems

  • Master’s Degree in IT or related field with at least 3 years of related technical experience
  • Advanced knowledge about the Market: master data management, stock valuation and management, reporting requirements (accounting and HR)
  • Very good knowledge about retail industry process and new information technology (computer hardware, software)
  • Specialist knowledge about Relational databases, Process management methods, Programming databases and database applications, Information technologies (computer hardware, software), Microsoft Dynamics AX system, X/X++
  • Advanced knowledge about MS Dynamics AX 2009
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of management
  • Good level of team work,  communication, problem solving, client orientation, planning and organizing
  • Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary
